I dont kno why this chicken fry got name trivandrum:) i came across this recipe in net anyway let what ever be the name it tastes good….

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken
- 3 tbsps chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 tsps garam masala
- 1 tbsp gingergarlicpaste
- 1 lemon juice lemon
- salt
- 2 tbsps flour
- 2 curry leaves twigs
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp redchilli flakes

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with redchilli powder,turmericpowder,lemonjuice,garam masala,gingergarlicpaste and salt for 1 hour
- After marination add 2 twigs of curry leaves , fennel seeds , redchilli flakes and keep for next 15 mins and deepfry it till golden brown and crisp....
